Breakfast was not ready at 715 and the staff seemed to be blaming each other because it was supposed to be ready at 630. The carpet inside my room is very dirty. Ceiling was painted around the middle indicating water leakage which was evident in the bathroom too. Moldy smell was evident the day I came in the hotel. In the hallways and room. Noisy customers walking bare foot. I was having dinner and a homeless guy came in asking for a piece of my pizza as I was having dinner on the 17th of February in the lobby around 730 pm. No staff was there to notice or say something. Check your cameras.

The front desk staff was amazing. When we needed a ride to the cruise terminals, there were no available Ubers. She took it upon herself to call a Taxi and made sure we had a ride. Excellent customer service.

Hotel looked nice staff friendly Room was clean hotel lacked bottled water and the walls were very thin could hear person next door snoring and hear the person above us shower Breakfast was the usual fare
