This charming 3-bedroom cottage offers an open living area perfect for family gatherings. The master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom is located downstairs for privacy. Upstairs, two bedrooms provide flexibility: one with a king bed and another with two queen beds and a twin bunk bed.

- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

NegativesThis house is an obvious fix and flip with poor construction. *stairs are REALLY steep- and one step is broken*the floor feels like it has soft underflooring because there are soft spots. *outside stairs are uneven*master bath has a TINY shower and the door is hard to close*water spots on ceiling*window frames are mushy and held together with paint*outside upstairs window is a very bright light - hard to sleep*not all the beds had mattress pads*sheets were scratchy*wifi sucks, could not work there*couch feels broken*only 2 chairs at the tablePositives*location close to the college, Seawall and sonic*easy to get and return key (if you aren’t short)*lots of locks*clean*AC in all rooms

Welcomed pets. Locations was decent sat at a stop sign only complaint. Could use some repairs but overall it was comfortable. Did make the property managers aware of issues needing repairs. They were very responsive.
