Smelt “fishy” in the kitchen area upon arrival, but overall everything was clean. Seemed to go away after the first day. Great location in walking distance to the beach. Bed wasn’t super comfortable, but not terrible. Great location. Pool and spa were good. Can be crowded at times. We would stay again.

The condo was located on the ground level which was super nice and the balcony faced the pool witj some plam trees around it so that was nice to be close by the pool and still have privacy. The condo itself was spaceous but smelled really bad of old mold felt like it has been closed up way too long. Dead bugs not scary ones but still dead bugs all around the corners of the floor. The sofa bed was old and dusting filled with dead buys and the sofa pilliows looked like mice had a buffet on it. The air conditon was broke but the rental company came over right away and fixed it so that wasnt a problem. They even fixed it while we were out enjoying our time. The pool was nice and clean and the hot tub was awesome very hot water that felt great on your back. Ii say 3 stars overall. If the owners had someone come in a let some air in more often and replaced the mouse chewed sofa bed where I didnt have to go to Walmart which is right across the street also a plusand buy pillows and a bed in the bag, frebreze, candles and a mattress cover than it would be a 4 star rental but 100% needs to be aired out, soda bed trashed and swept when sitting between rentals. I was there on memorial. Day weekend so could have sat closed up all winter which definitely look like the case.

Cute apartment. Poor management.

No Wi-Fi for the entire first 24 hours, no trash can on the entire property, a toilet that we had to take the lid off and manually adjust to make it stop running and pipes that would make an insane noise when you turned the water on. I called the management company on arrival and they said the items would get fixed by 6pm, but nobody ever showed up. Called back later to find out that we would have to wait until the next day. I called 5 times the next day and spoke to Maria who was the manager and it still took until 2pm to get all of the problems resolved. I was told someone from the management company would call me after. Never got a call.

Unpleasant smell in the unit, cockroaches, no coffee (or even coffee filters), bathroom is in beaten up condition, only one side table by the king bed. No easy way to communicate wit management: no text or ability to leave VM, we called, but been put on hold. Would not return here.
