With panoramic ocean views from the furnished upper patio, a propane BBQ grill, and even a basketball hoop, you'll want to return here over and over again. You'll also have access to the shared community pool and boat launch.

What's nearby:
Located in the Terramar community, about 20 miles from the Galveston city center, this is a great destination for getting away from it all. A golf cart rental will put the beach less than two minutes away, and the city's many attractions are a short drive away.

First time at Galveston

Loved the community feel at this location. Felt safe with the family. Had everything we needed in the kitchen which made it awesome for making meals. BBQ grill was handy. Had a little trouble with the thermostat and “Ruth” the staff assistant was quick to respond. Was a great stay for our family.

Overall house was good. We enjoyed our we can stay. Bunk beds aren’t comfortable at all. Door was a little hard to ouch open. Great access to the beach. Take bug repellent is a must!

Great spot away from Galveston

Located right across the street from beach access. About 25-30 min. From Galveston. Great house, very clean. Kitchen supplies are lacking if you plan on cooking. Definitely stop in Galveston for groceries. The closest stores prices are very high. Has a bball goal but no ball, we brought ours. No beach toys/ boogie boards.

Great Beach House

This was a great place to stay for our annual sister/cousin camp. The access to the beach is very accessible and easy to get to. The bunk beds are not made for teens or adults as they are very hard and the mattresses are very thin however they have an extra mattress available. This house does not have a binder with instructions for when you leave and the door is very hard to lock. We had a great time and would stay at this house again.

Our family birthday vacay

We had the best time just hanging out at the beach! We were literally the only people on several days. We went out at night when able to star gaze. Not busy at all ,will most definitely return at this time of year again. It is about 20 minutes from 61st. So if night time fun is what your looking for you might look alittle closer to town. We were with our grandkids so the quiet was great. Don't forget to bring your basketball there is a basketball hoop and concrete driveway to play a game or two. Plenty of parking available. Sitting on upper deck and feeling the breeze for gulf was so relaxing! The kitchen is big enough for the whole family to get together a cook a meal and enjoy each others company.

Family Vacation

There was enough room for our family of two the kids loved the basketball court and all the things they had to cook with a plus the only thing the dishes we're not properly cleaned had to re wash before using them and my husband had to fix the door handle assuming the prior guest must have been pulling on it to hard and loosed it but besides the few minor things the place was perfect and will try to use it again if and when we return to Galveston had a blast

The price was great as were the views of the coast. While the home is off front row it had a great view and we could still hear the ocean. Great stay.
