This is my second time at this property. I took my two granddaughters for an overnight stay. The only reason I gave it four stars was because it’s summertime and the pool did not open until nine. I felt like it should’ve opened at eight. There were quite a few families hanging around the game area, playing ping-pong, checkers, and other games waiting for the pool to open. Also, our room was freezing. That being said I’d rather have it cold than the air conditioner not working, but there were no blankets in the room. Just the thin sheets and very thin coverlet. I had to turn the AC off. That being said, I will definitely go again.

The hotel was amazing. We had a great stay for the most part. I would def suggest not valet parking your vehicle as we waited over 30 mins at times dropping and picking it up. We ended up asking them to remove the valet and ended up parking our own car. It’s a short walk if you don’t mind self parking. Another issue we had was having to ask for fresh towels. We asked 3x before we finally received them the next day. Also, we did room service. I tipped the guy an extra $20 on an already $25 added gratuity to bring us up some extra ketchup. Gentleman said sure, kept the money and never brought us up the extra ketchup. Other then those few issues we had an amazing stay.

Great location but dirty.

This place has a lot to offer and we had a blast. The roon itself was dirty, our shower curtain had stains all over it, sheets had stains, trash cans had no lining and were also stained. The carpet looked pretty rough the bathtub was dirty, the shower walls had hair from a previous stay. If it ot wasn't for the attractions within walking distance I would have left day one and booked another location. Not all staff was friendly but I did encounter a few smiles and hellos. All in all it was just an okay stay.

Check in time took about ten minutes. The wait was long and only two people to check in a long line of people. They would not honor passes for Palm beach because we did not book directly with them. Refrigerator would not cool, not all the lights would come on, the adjoining room door made it where we could hear everything going on in the next room.
