Very very dirty. The sheets and pillowcases have stain, no blankets, no toilet paper. Only offer one towel even though we paid for four people. And the toilet has running water all night.

The room had cockroaches. We spotted and killed at least twenty and had to sleep fully dressed. We couldn't get the TV to work, only one bath towel, and squeaky beds with poor bedding. I would not recommend. We didn't have a choice because of the winter storm. All good hotels were fully booked.

Room was is such a bad state! Dead bugs, ring around the tub and horrible soundproofing. I think a herd of elephants were partying all night above me. The bedding looked so bad that I slept on top of it and covered with a blanket that I brought, thank goodness! I’m pretty good with staying at 1-2 star places, just need a cot & a crapper but this lowered the bar and I will not stay here again!
