Sea Isle Charmer - Close to Amenities - Pets OK

This recently remodeled home features 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower. The first bedroom features a queen sized bed, faux fireplace/heater, and a 32" tv. The second bedroom features a king sized bed and a 32" tv. The third small bedroom has trundle beds, a 28" tv and a dvd player. The living room features two large sofas. There is a 55" tv and Xfinity Internet. We have a huge selection of movies for adults and kids to enjoy. You can sit on the large deck and listen to the ocean. There is a large covered entertaining area downstairs with a charcoal grill and outdoor shower. We have a lift for luggage! The garage has a full sized washer and dryer. We now offer a gas golf cart available for rental (FREE with 7 day or more stay and signed waiver-subject to availability - message for details).

The home is fully sanitized after each guest's stay.

AMENITIES: Guest will have access to the Sea Isle fishing pier, tennis court, kids playground, basketball court and boat ramp. The Sea Isle pool is only open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend and spring break depending on the weather. If you choose to have access to the pool it will be $100 for a week pass. This will be paid by you directly to the Sea Isle staff at the pool area. The $100 covers 10 guest for 1 week. Winter Texan rates available for Sept-Feb. Contact for details.

Amazing stay!!!

This house is nothing short of a good time. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as it was shown in pictures and advertised to be. The owner is quick with responding to text and calls and she is very accommodating! I know without a doubt if I ever go back to Galveston or know someone who is going I will not hestitate to recommend this place! Their is a park a block over that is very kid friendly. The pool as shown is in walking distance from the house. There is also a small grocery store and little bar near the pool, which serves AMAZING drinks. This house was so peaceful and accommodating. 100% recommended !

The house was awesome and a perfect fit for us. We had 4 adults plus our pets and the property manager was so accommodating! They were always fast with communicating! The neighborhood was so pretty and very close to the beach! The only reason we would look for another location in the future would be because this one is booked!

Quiet beach getaway

The property was in the beautiful sea isle neighborhood. Plenty to do with the beach just a short walk or drive and a restaurant and bar at the marina in the back of the neighborhood. Everything in the house was clean and as expected. Would stay here again

This property is great for a small group get away. Pet friendly and very clean. Only complaint would be the backyard had a hole in the fence and the downstairs shower did not work.

Wonderful vacation in Sea Isle

This house was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean and cozy. When we come to Sea Isle we don’t spend a lot of time inside, but when we were inside, this house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay, good value

The owner was great to work with, very responsive to any questions. The house is older, but it was very clean, which is important to us. My favorite part was the porch, it's shaded with plenty of room for kids and dog to play. Really the only disappointments we had were that the lift was broken and the fence had a gap in it by the outdoor shower that a small dog could get through. Not anything that kept us from having a good time, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

This property has great potential. Upon arrival it was very clean but the grass needed cutting. I know there are personal preferences but the Ivy needs to go. At bedtime we found out that only one electrical outlet in each bedroom worked as the others were worn out and a plug would not stay in. Luckily there were additional powerstrips and we were able to make it reach for my CPAP and cell phone charger. The 3rd bedroom "bunk beds" would not work for adults as the bottom bunk is actually on the floor. The lift was not in working order as someone prior had spooled it and it was stuck in the up position. The owner was a nice lady and said she would check out the electrical outlets and I believe she will.

Nice for the price

Everything was good about our stay. The only things I had issues with we're the in the kitchen. The 3 couples that went each took turns cooking breakfast and dinner. The pots, pans, and utensils could use some updates. Not a lot of size choices. All items in the garage were very useful especially the wagon. I would advisor a little more organization and to have a cabinet to keep harmful products locked up away from children. Other than that it was a nice house to stay at.

Cozy house close to the beach.

I went with seven other friends and we had a great time! There was more than enough space to hang out, it was very close to the beach that had free parking, and we went to magic carpet golf on Saturday for the batting cages. Host responded quickly too and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Property!

We had 9 people stay in this house and it worked out great! Instead of using the pull-out couch, we decided on a queen blow up - but there was plenty of room for that too! Plenty of room for people to move around and sit in main living/kitchen area! The charcoal grill and lift to move our luggage upstairs were great too! They had plenty of towels and utensils in the kitchen. We also used the portable wagon to go to 4th of July parade.
