Two houses on one property in prime location near the strand and beach

This rental boasts dual houses with a total of 9 bedrooms and a spacious game room. Conveniently located close to cruise terminals and the historic downtown district, it eliminates the need to search for multiple vacation rentals that are far apart or one oversized rental that lacks sufficient space. With 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 2 washers/dryers, all on the same property, this rental provides ample space for a small village. Enjoy the luxury of having two of everything in one location!

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
