Newly renovated! This cozy two-story beach Condo comfortably sleeps 8. Step out onto the spacious balcony for morning coffee, and feel the breeze coming from the call of the sea. Rejuvenate your body and soul with family & friends. Overlooks a tropical pool, breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, and the Bay. 2 bedroom 2.5 bath sleeps 8 with new queen sleeper sofa.

This stunning condo is on two levels, with the main living areas downstairs with a half bath. There are two full baths upstairs. It also has two relaxing bedrooms located upstairs. The fully stocked kitchen has all the amenities of home and then some. Beautiful granite countertops and full-sized stainless appliances. If you want to dine in, there are plenty of options. You can eat at the breakfast bar, at the dining table, or on the balcony. The primary suite has a queen size bed with an in-room bath featuring a custom walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and two bunk beds. TVs are located in the living area and both bedrooms. The downstairs leather couch folds out into a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The Maravilla offers three pools on-site, including a large tropical-style pool with a swim-up bar area. There is also a beach-entry-style pool, a heated pool, and a hot tub. There is also a Fitness Center near the front office. There are several charcoal grills and picnic tables located around the property for your use. There is a Dog park located on property close to the condo.

Galveston Island is a great vacation destination with a variety of activities to enjoy. Within walking distance from the Maravilla, there are go-carts, miniature golf, fishing, and restaurants. There are many great restaurants around the island. Be sure to visit the Historic Strand District and enjoy a day of shopping. For entertainment of all ages, spend time at the pleasure pier or Schlitterbahn Galveston. You might even enjoy a show at The Grand 1894 Opera House, located only 6 miles away.

The property is available for rent to adults over the age of 25 and their families.

The condo is very clean and the grounds and pools/hot tubs were well maintained. There was plenty of chairs available. The patio has a great view of the pool and ocean. You can’t get to the front door without a few stairs so be aware especially when bringing luggage in and out. Great stay.

This was our first stay in Galveston, and we are so glad we ended up at the Maravilla! It ended up being perfect for our family of 5 with kids ranging from 10-17 years old. Our very first impression of the complex was that it seemed dated, run-down, and was under construction. But the areas we actually used the most were in great shape and clean. There is construction on the building closest to Seawall Blvd. Due to this, the office is currently located in a temporary space within one of the condo units. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and informative. Pros (we would 100% stay again due to these reasons):- Great location on the Seawall close to anything we wanted (restaurants, shopping, recreation) and easy beach access- Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach mat in the condo to use- Smart TV’s in both bedrooms and the living room- Relaxing balcony space with nice chairs overlooking the main pool- Beautiful and clean pool area for all ages with multiple pools and a hot tub- Stunning view of both the main pool and ocean from the unit balcony- Excellent communication from the host- Very comfortable furniture, beds and pillowsCons (don’t let any of these stop you from staying here): - Parking was extra: 10/day- Buildings were a bit rundown on the outside- This unit is not easily accessible if you cannot walk some steps- Laundry machines are in the condo hallway and cost 2.00 per cycle, which you pay via an app

Great for Family Stay (even if the weather stinks & you’re stuck inside)

From the moment we saw the property listing all the way through our stay we were extremely pleased. The communication w/questions we had even prior to booking was nothing short of amazing & made our decision to book this condo a very easy one. As of August 2024, the facility is under construction/remodeling in the front & the office has temp been relocated which makes it look pretty rough from the outside. Don’t let that fool you as to what you are going to walk into. The unit itself is beautiful, what the pics show, & we felt worth what we paid. For our stay the weather was not cooperative & it rain almost our entire stay. Even being stuck inside a good chunk of the stay was still relaxing & gave each of us our own space. There were three adults & two kiddos (10 & 11). We were left a welcome treat on the dining room table, had more than expected that we could need/want for the kitchen (incl. cleaning supplies if needed), had plenty of towels/pillows/blankets, & were even supplied sand chairs for use at the beach. A couple things not listed in the description that should be noted - there is a $10 per day parking fee you pay to the office when you arrive for check in & there is no laundry IN the condo. It’s located in the building, you share it amongst other occupants, & you are charged to use it. Even w/those couple things we didn’t realize prior to booking we LOVED our accommodations & hope to book again in the future. Well worth it!

Beautiful and tons of space!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The view is wonderful and the condo is well stocked. We had 3 adults and 2 children, and we had plenty of space. My one small issue is that there is no good, SAFE way to cross to the beach. This is not the fault of the owners, but I think the Mara villa should consider a safe crossing spot.

We were supposed to say that weekend but the hurricane came a few days before. The host was nice to reschedule our stay to a different weekend. The host responded quickly with every questions. The stay was nice. There were some construction in the front of the building. We had some trouble locating the specific condo due to checkin in really late. The place was clean, alot of amenities. Overlall we enjoyed our vacation here with a nice big pool and some beach tine for the family.

Great location with a beautiful view

This is our second time staying in this property and first time under new ownership. We love the location, the two story aspect is nice to allow family to spread out. The balcony is roomy and the view is beautiful. We did have a minor issue which might have been caused by a recent hurricane that passed through and once we notified the owner it was fixed immediately. The only downside we have found that is not this property's fault is the nearest elevator breaks down frequently. In the past, we just did the 4 flights of stairs, but we have a 7 month old now and that was challenging. Hopefully once Maravilla is done with the building upgrades, that is resolved as well. But I think it's worth noting in case you have elderly or very young guests.

Beautiful Condo

The property is being remodeled so lots of construction in the front. This condo is in the back and beautifully decorated, clean, lovely view of the ocean and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back! Owner was easy to work with and so accommodating. We enjoyed our visit, the pool is gorgeous!

Good choice

The location was one of the better ones on the place. It was clean, which is very important for us. Will always wipe clean frequently touched places anywhere we go. The stairway rail had not really been cleaned in a while, that was the only spot that was missed. By the way, if one has an issue with stairs, this is not the place for you. The apartment was nicely decorated and everything worked well. The fridge could have been sanitized as there were unused condiments in there from not sure when. On Saturday and Sunday sitting out on the balcony was shortlived due to the music being played by the hotel speakers next door, very annoying. Not sure why this is allowed by the management of Maravilla. Also the heated pool was not too clean and the front of the place is being remodeled which should make it a great spot to stay in the future. So.. the apartment was great, the location would rank a 3/4.

Vrbo never told us that we would not have daily linen and clean towels and wash cloths. I will never use your service ever again. The property for the price was not what was indicated. The exterior of the property is almost in ruins. I will forward a formal complaint with the better business bureau. Against your company for predatory business. And will tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER BOOK WITH YOU

Perfect for a family

Absolutely loved it here. Very clean and comfortable. We cooked 80% of our meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. Water pressure is a little low but shower worked great. I wish there was a washer and dryer in unit but that won’t stop us from booking here again. Thank you, to our host, for a wonderful experience and sharing your place with us.

Great place to stay. We stayed a week. Far enough away from the crazy but close enough to enjoy it all as well. Across the street from a very clean beach. The property was well kept with very polite and welcoming employees! Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with all the gadgets you need. Clean, comfortable, and affordable stay for sure. Property owner VERY quick and responsive with any questions, ideas, and help as needed. Will definitely stay again!
