Nestled in the Denver Court area, this Beautiful, All new, Open concept, 1 Bedroom/1 bath bungalow, can comfortably sleeps 4 Fenced in yard , with lots of added touches, and thoughtful comfort extras! Free Parking! Enjoy a kitchenette, cable TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi (600m) in both the living area and bedroom. , Central AC/Heat, walk-in shower. Clean!! 5 star! Superhost!
Galveston's best kept secret! With emphasis on comfort and cleanliness


The bedroom is well thought out with comfortable beds, pillows and linens (1 King and 1 Bunkbed).

You will enjoy close proximaty to the beach, private fenced in yard w/BBQ grill and patio table. The kitchenette, has a small fridge, small counter top oven, microwave, toaster and coffee pot. There is a small compact dining table. Additional table outside.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.

Both rooms have TVs.

While in central Galveston, walk to the beach in minutes (0.3 miles away) or catch the Seawall Trolley to take you around the island (0.3 miles away)(Make a day of it!) The nearest grocery (Gordons) store is only 1 block away, Only 10 minutes away from major Galveston attractions like the Strand, Moody Gardens, and Pleasure Pier. Only 11-12 minutes away from the University of Texas Medical Branch and the Ferry to Bolivar Peninsula.

Walking distance to the trolley stop ( you can walk to trolley and transfer to the downtown (strand) street car.

Cedar Lawn was Galveston Island’s first planned community, developed in the 1920s by Moody family interests. Spanish Eclectic, Colonial Revival, Craftsman, and Mid-Century Modern homes co-exist within this subdivision that has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 2002. Cedar Lawn became a local conservation district in 2017. Walk to the beach in minutes (0.3 miles away).

Restful Retreat — Book it!

We had a wonderful stay for our family of four. Only there for a short time but the suite is set up to win! Quick and easy check-in process even though we arrived late at night
owners Jeff & Kelly were there to walk us through if we had any questions and offered suggestions for late night places eat and also areas to see in the morning.But about the stay — the beds were so comfortable. Bunk beds for the kids, king bed for adults, and a sofa hide-a-bed in the living room. Plus laundry! Room for everyone to relax and rest. Amazing decor to make you feel the seaside theme of Seaglass House, yet also a homey feel that is private, secure and safe with no roadside noise. Complimentary breakfast items, water and coffee for the morning and only 3 blocks from the beach/seawall. Truly a home away from home.Amazing, considerate hosts. Highly recommend! Miller Family

Perfect little getaway

The property was perfect. Separate house from the owner’s main house, the amenities were new and had everything we needed. The interior was extremely clean and looked brand new. Decorated nicely. Plenty of sleeping space, and it was in a good spot to easily access other areas of Galveston. Truly a perfect little getaway. Pulse the owners were so nice and welcoming.

Spring break getaway

The Seaglass House was the perfect home for our family of 6! Good location- quick walk down to the beach. Very comfortable beds for all of us, youngest son loved the bunk beds. The house is nice and spacious, so everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the large backyard, basketball hoop, playing foosball and the large assortment of board games. The teens appreciated Netflix too. Great place and excellent hosts.

Great House

From the moment we pulled up the house was great. Huge yard with a basketball goal. You can pull two cars in and shut the gate behind. Very spacious on the inside and no one felt crowded. Kids loved all the toys and games. Walking distance to seawall was a breeze! The owners were very responsive and very pleasant to chat with. Overall we would love to stay at this house again.

“Fantastic In Every Way!”

Excellent, remarkable, and beyond all expectations. If you are a frequent vacation home renter as is my family you will certainly understand the sentiment of you win some you lose some. Sometimes the home is just not all it’s written up to be. This house is the opposite. It is completely beyond anything you can see in the pictures and has a vibe, classiness and character all it’s own. 1- CLEAN. The cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. When I tell you there was not a finger print or inkling of dust to be found I mean just that. The house smelled clean, looked clean and was already at a comfortable temperature when we arrived. The house also has a dehumidifier that runs constantly and quietly to keep the air clean and crisp and you can actually feel it in a beach town. Did I say the house was spotless? 2- The little things. I will say that I do not know if it is normal or if we just lucked out but this house is stocked up! Paper plates, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking oil, spices, coffee, foil, cling wrap, sandwich baggies, charcoal and charcoal fluid, shampoo, conditioners, soap and much more. These owners have thought of everything. If it’s one of those things you forgot they probably have it in the house for you. 3- The Beds, the linens, the towels etc. are fantastic. All very comfortable and clean. Nothing cheap about any of it. Even the mattresses on the bunk beds were quality and the adults who slept in them had no complaints. In fact the opposite. Very comfortable. 4- TV and Internet. Excellent. Two beautiful high-def flat screens with great pictures and ran flawlessly. The Internet was beyond our needs and ran very fast. We had 6-12 devices connected at all times and we had no problems. 5- Family fun! The house has a foosball table of very high quality! We loved it! Men against the women tournaments were a blast! The house has many games and puzzles and we took part it in a great night of jenga while drinking and it kept us up to the wee hours of the morning. We also worked on one of the several puzzles as a group and finished it the day before check-out! We recommend the “Galveston” puzzle. Fun, fun, fun! 6- Location! Perfect! We walked to the beach in five minutes time and again. 4 short blocks. Stairs down to the beach at the end of the road. Easy. We visited many restaurants and attractions on Galveston and were with in a 5-8 minute drive of basically anything! Owners-The best! The absolute best!

Amazing location, best hospitality!

We loved our stay at this house, we were close to everything in Galveston! The house was very clean and the hospitality was impeccable! Like others have said, every detail was thought of and supplied at the house! I felt like we didn’t have to bring a single thing
from games for the kids, beach toys/supplies to toiletries and blankets. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family friendly house near the beach

We stayed at this property with our four kids (ages 6 up to 15) and my mom. This was a perfect fit for our needs. My kids loved the foosball table which provided plenty of entertainment during downtime. There were also games for all ages and toys for my youngest as well as outdoor game equipment. The owners paid attention to detail throughout the house to make it comfortable for guests. We were appreciative of the amenities throughout our stay. The house itself was built in the 1940s. The inside is very clean and updated while still maintaining its vintage charm. We drove to the beach because we had so much stuff with us, but we could have easily walked. We would highly recommend the Seaglass house as a comfortable place to stay near the heart of Galveston beaches and entertainment.
