The staff were exceptionally friendly. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was a tripped fire alarm that went off twice at 2 am on our last night. They claimed it had to do with dust. I don’t know but it was frightening and was not addressed with an announcement so we were left to not know what to do.

Did not get the room type I booked originally. Hotel tried to accommodate accordingly, but Expedia did not communicate booking appropriately which I don’t think should be on the hotel but more a reflection to Expedia. Frustrating as there were multiple weddings that weekend and we were there for a family wedding. Sleeping accommodations weren’t the best the first 2 nights as a result. Hotel corrected for half the booking as soon as they could. Breakfast was great.

There was a wait both at check in and check out even with two persons at the front desk, only one person does it. We had a problem with our key card, twice had to go down to activate it not knowing it was the door battery that is the problem. We were tired and just wanted to rest but had to deal with this inconvenience. Maintenance guy picked the door from the outside and said someone will fix the battery in the AM. They never fixed it and had to make sure someone is left in the room to open the door when we go out for breakfast. The night person never reported the problem on the day crew or the manager. It is good we only stayed one night. Bad experience!
