Apartment 1303 Ballah offers views of the beach and Surfers Paradise skyline. All of this can be soaked in on the spacious balcony, which overlooks the pure white beaches, glistening ocean and the heart of Surfers Paradise. The Ballah Tower has long been recognised as Surfers Paradiseâs premier holiday destination, with shops, entertainment and dining literally at your doorstep.

Take them for a trip down to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to cuddle a koala and feed the kangaroos.
Getting Around:
The resort is ideally located only in the centre of Surfers Paradise and all of its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, and the added bonus of the new Light Rail station literally at your front doorstep.
Buses and taxis, ubers are also close by and readily available.

Before arriving at your accommodation you must collect the keys from our office on the day of check in.
