"Room was extremely loud all night, the floor in the room crackles underfoot. Some of the lights didnt work. The shower was mouldy and the seals on the door were broken.
The sauna and spa were overrun with unsupervised children who repeatedly left the sauna door open "as it was too hot". They were snorkeling and going under the water splahing and throwing toys and balls.
Was definitely not hilton level staff were hard to contact as they were short staffed. Pool area never had towels and had to repeatedly go to reception to get one."
