The kitchen, bathrooms, and beds are clean. However, they don't have quilts and only had blankets in the wardrobe. Both the blankets were quite dirty with hairs (a lot) and dusts on. They were not cleaned/ replaced apparently. Property is quite run down. Door handles are loose and drawers in a wardrobe have all handles surface (plastic?) chipped. Many spots are visually unpleasant if you pay attention - such as stains on cabinetry or dusts collected at corners. We even found a used whisky bottle behind the sofa.... No replenishment of shower gels etc, even we stayed for 3 nights. The location is close to the beach but there are no Woollies or Coles nearby. OVerall... it is ok..

What a great set up! Very convenient location - tram stop just down the road, beach not far away, room was very spacious and was as advertised, plenty of cooking utensils and appliances, would stay again for sure! 😊

My 3-night stay at Artique Surfers Paradise was amazing, largely due to the beautiful balcony view of the city and ocean. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, feeling like a home away from home. The hotel's location and amenities, including the pool, were excellent, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend it for a top-notch stay in Surfers Paradise.

Great place to stay.. we will return when they fix the elevators... and we will come with a smaller car so we dont have to fight for parks on a side street.. 😟 Everything else, AMAZING! The sunset views on one side and ocean views on the other from the 28th floor are stunning. Central location easy walk to Canal Av. Highly recommend 🙃

The apartment was spacious and clean. The facilities were great! The only downer was that we couldn't use the virtual golf facility as you need your own golf clubs and who takes those on holidays? Otherwise, pool, spa, sauna, steam rooms were great and a sizeable balcony to enjoy a glass in the evenings! The staff were amazing! I would definitely stay there again.

Staff were very nice. Unfortunately the air conditioning was faulty in our room and we spent the first night freezing as maintenance couldn’t come until the next day and no spare rooms to move us until the next day. View is amazing as rooms glass 3 sides.
