Great location easy access to tram right out the front. Easy walk to beach and into Surfers Paradise shopping precinct. Staff were friendly and helpful ungraded our room which was awesome had views to the ocean. Had meal at restaurant and breakfast daily all food was delicious. Would stay again definitely 5 stars. Thank you

Very short walk into the heart of surfers, or one tram stop. Rooms are a bit dated but were clean and comfortable. The elevators are very dated. The lobby and restaurants are very nice. Easy parking at the door to check in with basement parking very handy.

Great place. Great price. Great location. Both the east and west pools were great and the breakfast buffet was awesome. Staff were wonderful. Shower didnt drain well and pressure was inconsistent. Overall, the hotel was awesome and would highly recommend

All the staff were very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was buffet style and very plentiful with lots of choices. On Friday and Saturday evening there is the option to pay for a seafood buffet which we did and really enjoyed it. The location is good for transport, restaurants and proximity to the beach

I actually really liked the voco. The location and tram right outside the door was awesome. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at front desk as well as the bar. The rooms were clean and adequate. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially as it very well priced.
