Open plan living is the essence of this home on the ground floor incorporating the kitchen, dining, lounge and outdoor area but it doesn’t stop there when you walk up the stunning wooden staircase you are welcomed with a light filled sitting area with access to one of the balconies where you can soak up the sun in private.

Forming the entertaining hub of this home is the gourmet gally style kitchen with private butlers pantry and views to the indoor and outdoor dining areas, the pool and you can cook taking in the skyline views of Broadbeach.

PERFECT!!!

The property suited our needs as a family. The home was large with multiple sleeping areas which afforded everyone to have their privacy. Would highly recommend this property.
