The property is currently undergoing renovations, so the noise during the day really bothered me. The renovations were occuring ik the reception area, so I was unable to heae anything the staff were saying at check in. The sawing noises were particularly offensive, and I felt I needed to avoid the reception area for my stay. I did not try the restaurant or breakfast.

1. View from the room was beautiful 2. Furniture was very old and outdated 3. The swimming pool wasn’t pleasant and hardly has access the sunlight 4 service was very good 5. Dishwasher was broken for two days, reported but never been fixed.

The staff were lovely, the room was nice but no lamps in the bedroom and only one remote control. Only thing I did not like was the Wyndum is a timeshare, just got caught up on arrival and one voicemail. I really do not like timeshares. Overall a lovely place to stay, the breakfast was excellent and the pool area was really nice.

Super friendly staff, convenient location within walking distance to the main hub and easy parking. The pool was excellent for the kids, and the room was quiet and comfortable.

Fantastic place to stay. Only downside was the somewhat pushy tatics of the sales department upon checking in, but on the upside the sales person i spoke to in the morning about it was quite pleasant & understanding. Excellent well kept rooms & great facilities.

The Hotel & staff were very nice. The air-conditioniner's in room 205 was so hot. We put on 16 degrees in the bedroom & apartment and we were still uncomfortable throughout the night. Just as well it was only the one night.

Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I arrived very early and they stored my luggage for me and gave me access to the pool area so that I could sit there until my room was ready. Room massively exceeded expectations. Extremely spacious and lovely views! (Wouldn’t bother paying extra for the ocean views) my room faced away from the ocean but the view of the sunset was still lovely! Definitely recommend staying here!

Wotif said check in time would be 2pm got therea little early went to check in told room not ready and that someone would calll me. No one did room was not available till nearly 4pm. They said there was a mix up with our booking and had us booked into a club room. Service was terrible no staff member was helpful or really apologetic. Room was supposed to a 2 bedroom suite was small aircon not working in living rooms and toilets never flushed proprtly and ensuite shower was overflowing on tiles. Wouldn't stay here again
