Cumbria Park Hotel
"This is an excellent hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I noticed how conscientious and hard-working the restaurants and bar staff were in particular. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I enjoyed a delicious roast tomato soup and local ice cream. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a long time in a hotel. I booked a small single room as I was only stay one night while doing the Hadrian‘s Wall walk. The room was very small and probably could do with a bit of decor touching up but it was clean and fine for just one night and very good value for the price."
