Nice unit and location
The unit was exactly as advertised. The location is on a residential street but close to the beach. If you are familiar with the east coast, this would be considered 5th house from beach. The beds were comfortable. The A/C worked well. The kitchen was well supplied. There is a hair drier, shampoo, and toilet paper when you arrive. The beach equipment and bikes were all in good or new condition and plentiful. Towels were also plentiful. A washer and dryer are also there. There is a private entrance.
Things that could be seen as negative are, only one bathroom, but with a tub and shower, unit is small if you were there during rain and had 4 or 6 guests, there is only one TV and only offers Netflix, no cable, and the living room furniture is uncomfortable to sit on, couch is a futon/daybed.
All that being said, we totally enjoyed being here. There is more space than a hotel room, with better amenities. We spent little time awake here so it met all of our needs, clean, shower, bed, A/C, fridge, and beach equipment. If your looking for something off the beaten path you will feel at home. If your looking for a five star resort, go somewhere else.
