Two other bedrooms on the first floor, each with two twin beds, plus one additional full bathroom downstairs. Fully-equipped kitchen, with gas range, microwave, two coffee makers (1 Keurig and 1 Drip) and chef's-grade cookware. Dining room and family room with TV and Sonos system also on first floor. Large decks off of both dining room and master bedroom facing the pool and back yard. Large gas grill on deck with connection to house propane tank (No refilling necessary.) Dining table for 8 on deck.

Second floor features two bedrooms, one with queen bed and en-suite bath (with whirlpool tub), the other with two twins and a semi-private bath.

Second floor also has family room with 55 inch LED TV, blu-ray player, surround-sound and Sonos system. There is broadband Wi-Fi. Also upstairs is a 'Cafe' with wet bar, fridge, dishwasher and small coffee maker. Laundry room with washer-dryer is off the family room.
