We rented the house for my 40th birthday so my whole family could spend the weekend together. The house was as described and perfect for us. There was plenty of space for everyone and the downstairs was a perfect place for everyone to hang out. Tony was very easy to communicate with and everything was so thought-out in the instructions that we didn’t even need to reach out while we were there. We would definitely book here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything at the house and the property was great! Tony is a wonderful host and was very accommodating to our many special request. We had a group of guys come in for the Ryder Cup event and he was very helpful with anything we needed. When we got there the hot water heater was having issues and he had someone over immediately to take care of that. I highly recommend this property and we would definitely come back.

Easter getaway

What an awesome house! From beginning to end, the communication with Tony was excellent. He quickly answered any questions we had. The house was spacious and there were even rooms we did not use. We were all able to have our own rooms and having the basement was a bonus. It was fun to play pool and watch TV all in the same space. Gorgeous yard and very private. The beach nearby was lovely. We will definitely visit again!

Perfect house

We had a great, relaxing New Years weekend! The house is clean, well kept and spacious. We were 4 couples with 5 kids under the age of 4
 very safe for the kids to play (of course we didn’t use the pool) and nice open layout. The basement is awesome- carpet & pool table. Bedrooms all on the same floor and 3 full bathrooms upstairs made it really convenient. Owner had great communication when needed. Not far from civilization but quiet neighborhood for stroller walks. We’d love to come back in the summer!

Wonderful House

This house is beautifully appointed and ultra clean. Our stay over Thanksgiving week could not have been better. There were 10 of us spanning 3 generations. The kitchen is well equipped and the furnishings and bedding very comfortable . Tony was easy to deal with, always answering my messages in a timely fashion.

Wonderful weekend celebration

We had a great time in this spacious, beautiful home celebrating our daughter’s wedding weekend in Westhampton Beach. It was a perfect location and place for our welcome dinner and the home was so comfortable with plenty to do. Especially the games we found to play. Tony was very attentive and responded to our questions immediately and we were thankful for that. So glad we chose this home to make wonderful memories with our family and will recommend to anybody visiting in the area!

Amazing place for a chill get together.

Rented this place out for my partner’s 25th birthday. Tony was amazing, went out of his way to allow us to come early to check it out and get the floor plan - very communicative, the place was absolutely gorgeous. The weekend went off without a hitch and I gotta hand it to Tony for making it all happen.
