did not eat breakfast. Internet is TERRIBLE, essentially useless. Tv is terrible also. Cannot even see what is on each channel and selection of channels is limited. Elevators are very slow. Looks like one of the 3 elevators was not even working.

This is a beautiful hotel, the best in the area, and we stay here whenever we visit family. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, the lobby and amenities are great, and rooms are clean and well appointed. I would rate it 5 stars if the rooms had queen beds (the doubles are just so small, and one is pushed up against a wall), and the breakfast buffet (for $28 pp) isn’t much better than a cheaper hotel’s free breakfast.

I had booked a room with a king-sized bed through Expedia only for the desk clerk who was checking me in to tell me that no more rooms with a king bed were available. Instead my girlfriend and me were placed in a room with twin full-sized sized beds. I expressed my dissatisfaction and demanded to be given some form of compensation or a partial refund. The clerk seemed to be annoyed by that and repeatedly said “I’m just letting you know” as if I was supposed to be content with his bad news. By him repeating that phrase, I felt negated and displeased. I also disliked when the clerk uttered the line “There’s nothing we can do”, which is unacceptable. I understand that things happen but I should've been notified of this change in plans before arriving to the hotel, not at check-in. I said to him “what is the point of making a reservation?” then if I don't get the type of room I reserved. He did give us complimentary drinks at the bar mainly beer or wine, which still didn't satisfy me. I would've preferred a credit or partial refund. Learn how to run your hotel better and how to work in conjunction with third-party affiliates like Expedia when booking a reservation moving forward.

The hotel was great, but it’s a very large hotel and there was 10 weddings on site the night. I stayed there for my cousin’s wedding. It was very crowded very busy and they only have two elevators and one of them was broken. It would take you to random floors. It was really sketchy and using the other one would take a long time especially when you’re there getting ready to go to a wedding time is an issue. Also they had an issue with the fire alarm. It was going off a crazy hours. We all had to evacuate the rooms at like one in the morning after my cousin’sl wedding and I was in the shower when it happened it was pretty sucky. Overall, it’s a nice hotel but this did make my stay uncomfortable. I heard other people were getting their money back. I was never offered my money back and I did book through hotels.com so I never asked them for my money back
