Reason for low score is the listing is misleading, THIS IS NOT A 2 BEDROOM - DOES NOT SLEEP 5. Owner has been told before that the listing misrepresents this. I didn't see the last review warning of this until I had already paid in full, this disrupted the primary reason for the visit which was a family reunion where 4 other family members were going to stay with me and at the last minute I had to make other arrangements for them and I had to stay in the house alone. I need to get your attention that you cannot list this as a two bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room does not constitute a 2nd bedroom and fifth person is not a blowup mattress rolled up in a closet. You have to understand that when people make these plans it's important that your information is accurate.As for details I do want to say that the management company was responsive to several problems that came up and they were quick to respond and try to resolve those problems. I found the garbage can and recycle bins overflowing from the last rental when I got there, major yellow jacket bees around the deck and three of my guests were stung at the family event on Sat, lightbulbs were missing in a front bathroom, staff came in and changed the bulbs but never rang the doorbell or knocked, so there was a lack of respect for privacy. If you correct the listing to be more honest, I would say the property is charming and in a nice cozy neighborhood.
