Thoughtfully designed for your comfort and convenience, the air-conditioned unit (with AC in the living room only) features an open layout and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, a coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, kettle, toaster, dishes, cookware, silverware, and utensils. The bedroom is a cozy retreat with a queen-size bed, a 32" flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. It can be completely closed off from the living area for added privacy. The living room offers a pull-out sleeper bed, a 43" Smart TV with cable, and a desk for any work or planning needs.
Step outside to your private balcony and take in the beautiful city views! With a table and 4 chairs, itâs the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Extras to make your stay even better include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. Plus, you'll have easy access to laundry facilities on the 3rd floor. On-site parking is available for $35 per day, payable at the parking garage entrance. Please note that the maximum vehicle height for the parking garage is 6 ft.

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, weâre unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If youâd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, weâd suggest booking an extra night. HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, itâs about a 20-minute ride â Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.
CHECKOUT CLEANING:Â
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
STARTER SUPPLIES:Â
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.Â
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.Â
LINENS & TOWELS:Â
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows, and blanket inside the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.

Getting Around:
There is a very good bus system on the island, all buses are stopping in Waikiki.
Parking in the building is available for $30 per day (rates are subject to change), payable directly at the parking machine at the entrance of the parking garage after you drive up the ramp. Please have always your ticket visible in the car as your car might get towed if not.

Interaction with Guests:
We are locally present and reachable via phone and email.
We kindly ask our guests to please be respectful of the property. We understand a cleaning fee is charged, therefore, we ask you to please clean up excess trash, report damage, etc.
Great stay! Location was in the heart of Waikiki. Host response and amenities were both on point. Furniture slightly outdated but functional. Thanks for an awesome time.
This condo had a great location and good amenities. Parking is not included, and it is very expensive in Waikiki, but that's the way things go. The apartment was a bit worn down. The track for the curtain was starting to pull from the ceiling, which we reported to management but agreed could wait for fixing until we left. The kitchen had a few pots and pans, but it wasn't super well stocked, which limited what we could cook. Overall, a good location.
I stayed for a night at this property and it was perfect for what I needed. It is clean, comfortably sleeps 4 with additional space (the outdoor lanai was great!), the pool has a beautiful ocean view, and is conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants, and center of Waikiki! I would definitely stay here again for the price and amenities.
The hotel is very clean but old. Could use update with new carpets and painting. The bed and pull-out couch were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans and the refrigerator and oven were full-sized. I'm not sure what the cleaning fee covered. There was no cleaning of the room or laundry.
We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The AC is located in the living area and the bedroom doesn't have AC so that was not particularly comfortable. However, the property manager was able to set us up with a pack n play for our infant and overall communicated well before the trip so we were happy.
