Newly renovated 2 bedroom condo with your own washer/dryer in unit in Makiki Punchbowl close to downtown.

This 8th floor condo unit is bright, clean, has a lanai. Larger bedroom has a king bed, the other has a queen bed and a work desk, and stand up AC and a TV. Fast internet and cable TV, free parking.

The building has two elevators, even though the condo unit is renovated, building is older but well maintained.

Everything is provided from pots and pans, to shampoo and bodywash.

Two bedroom condo has:

Larger bedroom - 1 king sized bed, work desk, TV, dresser, closet, stand up AC.
Smaller bedroom - 1 queen sized bed, work desk, TV, dresser, closet, stand up AC.
Kitchen with stove, full sized fridge, washer/dryer, pots and pans, plates, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, microwave.
Dining table with chairs
Living room with two sofas, coffee table and a TV.
Bathroom with a shower (no tub).
Lanai with two patio chairs.
