Due to scheduled lanai sealant application, painting, and waterproofing work, the lanai sliding door will be locked and cannot be opened from 12/3-12/23/2025
Access to the lanai will be unavailable during this period.
Please note that construction timelines may be extended due to weather conditions or project progress.
During this time, workers may be present on the exterior lanai area, and there may be noise or dust associated with the work.
However, the interior space is fully climate-controlled with air conditioning, and no impact inside the unit is expected.
Please take these conditions into consideration when making a reservation.

This beautiful, remodeled Ilikai marina unit has wooden floors and wood accents throughout the unit. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the yacht harbor and a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean from the lanai. On Friday nights, enjoy the weekly fireworks display! The beach is just a few minutes away from your doorsteps and there are many restaurants and shops in the area.

Balcony view was lovely but difficult to sit at for long periods of time because the furniture was uncomfortable and easily got dirty. There is no parking included at this property. If you want parking in the adjoining garage, it costs 33 per day and it can be difficult to get a monthly pass if you’re a long term stay.

The condo was perfect for two and being able to park in the connected garage was convenient. The management company were extremely responsive and timely communicated with us to answer questions. We loved being able to walk five minutes to a large oceanfront park used by locals. The condo is as described.

We loved the location and the view was great. Everything was as expected. Definitely need to leave early if you have plans to go somewhere, because there were multiple times the parking garage got backed up, completely stopped, because of confusion by visitors on how the system worked, having us stuck for 20 minutes. Would stay here again next visit!

I’d highly recommend staying here! The apartment is great and has everything you need. It’s not in the heart of Waikiki but it’s an easy walk to everything. The view is also fantastic with amazing sunset views.

Great rental!

We are familiar with the area and we enjoy the marina view located on the North section of Honolulu. We enjoy the walks through the park less than a mile away. Rental was ideal for our needs. Only suggestion: add a manual lock to the inside of the front door that is up high, so a toddler would not be able to reach.

Great condo!

The unit is renovated and looks great! The view is gorgeous. The location was perfect for us. Good value for the price. I would have given 5 stars but I was disappointed there was zero toiletries provided (no shampoo) or coffee. Providing salt and pepper would be a nice touch. Also while the unit itself is nice, the building is old and run-down. The laundry was not great, only 1 dryer seems to work. But overall a great stay and I would stay here again.

Retirement kickoff!

As advertised! I selected this property based on value, location and layout of property. Everything met my expectations. View from the 17th floor added a degree of relaxation for morning coffee and evening wind-down. Property was well maintained, and kitchen had all the necessaries. If back in Waikiki, i'll search this one out again!

Awesome unbstructed views

Overall i love the ilikai condos. From the outside is isnt the greatest but the condo is clean and simplistic with fantastic views. Easy access without going into the Waikiki strip. Some minor cons - couch, rug and shower head are a little dirty and table set is wonky. Garage no longer has an attendant so leaving the garage can be a pain due to people not being aware of the prepay system (including myself). It also didnt state that you cant use a new prepaid ticket to exit so i ended up paying twice for one day - it was much easier when you could just pay for your entire stay instead of a 1-5 day window - building workers couldnt help either

Well maintained unit with great view overlooking marina and Ala Moana Beach park. Bedroom separates from LR/DR/Kit area with large sliding door - very helpful for early risers v. sleepy heads! I would say overall it is a nice peppery inside the unit. The building is older but the inside of the unit was pretty good. The parking was pretty expensive just be ready. Great location-far from the busy Waikiki but yet close to everything.

Unit 1788 was as described. Unobstructed ocean & sunset view. Short walk to the beach but beware getting into the water-lots of rocks and coral. Water shoes would have helped. Close walking distance to a park, beaches, and shopping center. We only cooked breakfast and ate out most days. Utenisils and pots and pans cook use an update, nonstick pan surfaces were scratched. But who needs to cook on vacation? 😆 easy access to transportation. We didn’t have a car but took buses including to and from airport, perfect place. Just bring your own shampoo, conditioner, & soap; it’s not supplied, we checked before getting there since description didn’t include them.

Beautifully Updated Condo with Awesome View

We loved staying at this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed, although they only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper and no facial tissues, and it would’ve been nice to have had more. Our only issue we had was figuring out where to unload and enter after we arrived as signs said no parking or loading in front of building. (We did anyway since we had another couple with us who also had to be dropped off at that building.) We were also confused once we got inside building because it had parking garage inside instead of a lobby like we had envisioned. Luckily, the security guard was there and told us what we needed to do. So, we think it would be helpful if this information would be given to guests prior to arrival. Other than that, communications were great. We would stay here again.

Exceeded expectations

Our family stayed in Big Island for 7 days then went to Oahu for 5 nights. Our condo at Big Island was dated and not very clean. Not what the photos showed. So when we went to Honolulu and opened the door to this condo, we were all blown away at the modernness and cleanliness of the condo. The view was spectacular! The photos did not do the view justice. The photo only showed the marina but the ocean and the lagoon beach to the south was clearly visible. The pullout sofabed was as comfortable as pullouts get. The owner was thoughtful in providing hand soap in the washroom. Unlike other condos we have stayed in where they barely provided cups , dishes and utensils , the owner here provided more than enough kitchenware. The coffee maker was steel and in clean, working condition. The only critique I would have is that the property manager was a bit confusing. I emailed and inquired as to what we were responsible for before we left and he said put the dishes and utensils etc where we found them - meaning clean the dishes , dry and put them away. In the binder in the condo, it says leave the dishes and the cleaning service would look after that. The morning of check out, we did not want to be charged extra so my wife and I ended up cleaning the the dishes , wiping down the counters more than necessary etc because of the misalignment of the binder and the property manager’s email instructions But not a big deal. In the end, the condo was fantastic and we would go again!

Great location

We stayed for 9 nights. We loved having the Chart House restaurant the 1st floor. We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner twice and happy hour 4 times. The condo is perfect for 2 people. 4 would be a crowd in this size of unit. The view is Great! Your so high up on the 17th floor you don’t hear any traffic noise, even with the balcony door open all night. I only have two minor issues with the condo. I feel at this level, the cook wear should be up to date. They are old and stick pretty bad. A Costco trip could fix that for $200. The pans are old and in need of replacement. If you eat out every night, no worries. Also, I don't feel you should have to buy basics like salt and pepper when on vacation, such an easy thing to provide and cheap, but an inconvenience when on vacation. These are pretty minor issues I would say. More than likely we will be either back to this unit, or another unit in this building. There are many units in this building on VRBO. My wife uses a scooter when we are going a distance. If you park on the top level, there are disabled parking spaces that are close to the elevator and under cover, with NO steps. So these units really are Hanidcap accessible if you know this trick. Also if you go out on the first floor through the parking garage, there are NO steps. It's easy once you understand this.
