Mattresses should have been changed out 500 guests ago, clean glasses to drink out of had dried chunks in them.. super gross. Someone came and changed them out but I was already disgusted. They have free breakfast which was great for the budget but found dirty dishes there too. Loved the evening free drinks at the pool. Saved money there too! Great walkability to everything!

Family friendly! Near the beach and restaurants and convenience store, very walkable, meet everybody’s needs. Staffs were very supportive and calm during the tsunami warning. Complimentary breakfast has a good variety with good protein sources, fluids and fruits. Accessible to public transportation. The evening reception is enjoyable , to relax by the pool and take the plunge. Rooms are spacious. Staffs are so accommodating. Will be coming back here and will recommend.

Got locked out of our room based on a mis-direction from fromt desk regarding when rsort fee was to be paid. At check in we were told resort fee was paid at check out. Halfway through our stay they locked us out of our room stating it should of been paid at check-in. We really didnt care when to pay it. Just be consistent in direction.

I would have loved for there to be an open restaurant 24 seven. After breakfast if we wanted something to eat, we would have to go out and leave the hotel sometimes it was so inconvenient.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki is located in a very convenient location. Everything is literally within walking distance. The gorgeous beach with great views of Diamond Head is through a main walkway across the street. Heading into the main strip is just 2 blocks away. A full breakfast is included in the stay - eggs, sausage, bacon, custom omelettes and even miso soup is available. The beds are great and the pillows are soft. Our family of five really enjoyed our stay here.
