Positives: comfy king bed, kitchen has everything you need to cook, big tv, hot water comes fastNegatives: won't ruin your stay, but is annoying wifi doesn't work...tried the one provided in email and from box with no luck, window coverings are awful...missing panels, different size panels and types on clips, and so many missing...in the bedroom we ended up putting a blanket to cover the window. Tv does streaming only, no local channels,

Nice stay
Everything was as described. The unit is dated but clean. The beds were comfortable. The WiFi didn’t work but we didn’t even ask to have it fixed, as it was nice to go without for a change. :) The location is excellent. Building did have a sewage odor at times…I would suggest to add pool/ beach towels for an accommodation during the stay.

Pro: free parking, laundry mat, pool, walkable to beach and shopping.
Con: bath tub/shower drainage was horrible. Clogged. Window knob was broken, couldn't close properly. Window curtain panels missing. AC is loud. White bath towels stained and dirty. Couch futon had a dangerous metal bar protruding out, pillows stained. TV did not have signal nor a guide.
