📋 House Rules & Guest Policies

Welcome to our home! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and keep our condo in top shape, please follow these simple rules:

1. Sand & Beach Care: Please rinse off all sand and saltwater before entering the building or unit. If you use beach gear, clean and dry it thoroughly before bringing it back inside.

2. Wet Clothing & Furniture: Do not place wet swimwear, clothes, or towels on the furniture, mattress, or wood surfaces to prevent damage or stains.

3. Pool Etiquette: Please towel off and ensure you are fully dry before leaving the 22nd-floor pool deck or stepping into the building elevators and hallways.

4. STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY: Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited everywhere on the property, including inside the unit and on the standing lanai. The building has sensitive smoke detectors and strictly enforces this—violators face building fines and additional cleaning fees. Designated smoking areas are available downstairs near the ground level.

5. Furniture Policy: Please do not move or rearrange any furniture during your stay. If items are moved, they must be returned to their exact original positions prior to checkout to avoid a furniture repositioning surcharge.

6. Quiet Hours & Neighbors: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
