Guest access
You’ll have full access to the entire studio, and to the Hawaiian Monarch Hotel including it’s amenities. The laundry room (accepts credit card only, $2.25 to wash and $2.75 to dry), and pool deck located on the 5th floor. Security, dining, and mini mart located on the lobby floor.


Parking on-site is $45/24 hours or $40 if you purchase multiple nights- please show your room key. Free street parking along the Ala Wai Blvd but it is often difficult to find an available space. *****Parking price Subject to Change*****

The building has a gym ($5 for your entire stay), Pool/Jacuzzi, BBQ deck area, Spa, Rent a Car, Bakery, Lounge, Night Club, Pub, and some great restaurants - Cream Pot and Maleko (you need to try their malasadas). It is also a very secure building with 24hr Security guards, secured key entry elevators, and security cameras on every hallway, entry way, and elevator.

Location is ideal, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, 7-10 minute walk to the main shopping areas and, 5 minutes to McCully Shopping center, a nice mall with many Asian restaurants. There are also great restaurants on your way to the beach (Goofys) and a full grocery store 2 blocks away - Food Pantry on Hobron Lane.
