BUILDING NOTICE – EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION
Exterior work for this unit, located on the Diamond Head (East) side of the building, will begin on Monday, October 27, 2025, and continue through December 30, 2025 (Weather permitting, just an approximate time frame). Work will happen Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with construction noise between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Scaffolding will be used, and areas below will be closed for safety. Scaffolding will be installed, and areas below may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. For this reason, no beach items will be permitted on balconies during the construction period. The SWIMMING POOL will be closed until FALL 2026. Residents are advised to keep windows and curtains closed to help minimize dust and maintain privacy. Please be aware that construction noise and vibrations are expected during working hours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this necessary maintenance work.

Marine Surf is located at 364 Seaside Ave on the 21st Floor.

Great location that was walking distance to everything. It was a short walk to the beach. Easy access for parking but it was a little tricky parking your car within the limited parking space. Still managed to park our rented Mazda CX5. The elevators were relatively quick and the whose place was very clean and well looked after. We felt very secure staying here and loved the balcony for morning coffee even though there was a constant drip of water coming off the balcony above. We would definitely stay here again.

Where to start
.this was a great find! Committing to a condo for our trip was overwhelming. I spent a lot of time researching before selecting this condo and it fit our needs perfectly. Location is prime - you can walk to the beach, food hall, Royal Hawaiian center, international marketplace
.everywhere! Bus stops are all over the place but it’s best to have a car and this condo has free parking, which is huge!! We had a Malibu and it fit in the spot just fine. No large sedans or SUVs. We brought tide pods, baggies for beach Sammie’s and snacks, a few extra rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags in case we ran out. We did buy a liquid hand soap to use - my personal preference. They provide hotel style soap and toiletries. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The building is secure and other visitors and desk folks were friendly. We used the beach chairs and cooler provided. Was so happy they had a cooler! They also have an umbrella but we didn’t use that or the boogie board. Had a really great stay here and plan to book again for our trip next year! Highly, highly recommend. This place checks all the boxes!

Great Value and Stay!

We live here but decided to do a staycation. This was perfect for our needs— really close to lots of shops and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Check-in process was clear and easy. Would stay here again!

4 night stay

Apartment was clean and walkable to restaurants and shops. Was a bit confused re instructions to check in in terms of temporary parking but there was someone on duty to help.The parking spot itself is very tight and just about coped with a mid size SUV. Would def not work for a full size or bigger. See pic.The noise does travel, so even though it’s a high floor we could hear the traffic etc. Also whoever was above us decided to open and close their balcony doors from 5am. But this might be a temp resident so luck of the draw. I would say the whole building could do with a revamp in terms of the patio doors.

Excellent stay at Marine Surf

Our stay at this condo was great. It was very clean, had everything we needed and check in was easy. My favorite thing about it was definitely the location! Easily accessible and walking distance to Royal Hawaiian. Parking was included and was a huge plus. Ive stayed at a few properties around the island but this has been my favorite, by far. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area

Perfect stay

We had a fantastic stay here. The lanai has an ocean view which is a huge bonus! AC worked great, place to eat and cook meals, plenty of storage for luggage and clothing in the closet, big comfy bed, and convenient location! I would definitely stay here again!!

great spot close to the main area without the hustle and bustle of the main area

check in process was easy and exactly what the check in email described. underground parking is easy to get in/out of. if someone is a light sleeper i'd recommend bringing ear plugs as you can hear the street noise pretty easily despite being on the 21st floor. overall i'd stay here again!

Beautiful place and easy access to everything. Place was clean but there was a pest issue around the kitchen counter. Small little bugs every where. Only other thing I wish was more clear is entering parking garage other then that great place beautiful room and close to everything.

Perfect place for a week in Honolulu

What a great time we had at the Marine Surf! It was clean, well appointed and we loved morning coffee on the balcony! The description is accurate and yes, you need a small car for the parking spot (we had a Nissan Kicks and it was a perfect fit). We left a cash card for future guests.to add money for.lavendar becaise otherwise you have to buy the card then load the $3 for a load of wash/dry. The location is excellent for accessing all our favorite.spots locally. Driving in and out was easy. The entrance to the parking garage is on Kuhio so dont be confised by the GPS. We will definitely return to this property and recommend it for you!

Good location

Location allowed for ease of walking, you could skip the car rental if you do not want to explore the rest of the island. If you are a light sleeper please consider the street noise, it was not an issue for us and we were able to sleep.
