It’s in a beautiful location, the rooms were clean with beautiful views. The only issue we had was the staff cleaning our room. We were there for a week and we knew they were gonna skip every other day but one time they completely skipped our room for two days And then they couldn’t promise they could be there to clean it the day we pointed it out for them.

Such an amazing staff! I love that there are 2 ABC store within walking distance. Beach across the street. Amazing views! I recently got married in Honolulu and that night the staff left us a bottle of champagne and some chocolates in our room. Amaing time!!!!

The hotel is across the street from the beach and convenient to shopping and transportation. It’s an older property and shows its wear, but it’s clean and comfortable enough. Service was very good; the staff were welcoming and accommodating of any request.

We’ve stayed here before at the Park Shore - so we’re well aware that the property isn’t the newest, but we have to say the awesome staff, location and actual resort fee items make this the best value on the strip The people who work here are friendly, knowledgeable and can’t do enough for you - we saw familiar faces from last time, so this isn’t a ‘hire and fire’ type place. They know the score, and if you don’t turn up with unrealistic expectations, you’ll honestly have the best time Make sure you use the included chair and umbrella hire from Beach Candy next door - an excellent value on its own The only gripe from my wife is that the coffee machine in the lobby was out of order for most of our stay - but vacation rooms have one, so just ask for a few more pods and you’ll be fine We’ll be back - and that’s the highest accolade I can give Mahalo
