The Space:
Sunlight spills across the lanai as trade winds drift in from the Pacific, carrying the familiar scent of salt air. From the 28th floor, the ocean and bay stretch beyond Waikiki’s skyline, and mornings unfold at an easy island pace - coffee in hand, doors open, the city waking below. Evenings bring soft breezes and a quiet perch above the neighborhood’s energy.
Sleeping arrangements
This one-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 4 and offers a true bedroom layout separated from the living area by a sliding door. Inside, a king bed is dressed in cotton linens with room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, a dresser, closet, and a 33 inch flat-screen TV. In the living area, a pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, best suited for children or occasional use. A 50 inch HDTV with standard cable, ceiling fan, window AC unit, WiFi, and an Ethernet connection support both downtime and remote work.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen gives you space to cook meals at your own pace, whether preparing a simple breakfast before the beach or settling in for dinner after a full day out. A dining table seats four comfortably, making it easy to gather and linger. Coffee is provided, and the layout allows you to move easily between cooking, dining, and relaxing.
Bathroom & essentials
The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower and bathroom essentials. Bed linens, towels, and everyday basics are supplied, along with an iron and clothing storage for longer stays. Paid washer and paid dryer facilities are located in the building, with a laundromat nearby for added convenience.
Outdoor living
Step onto the private patio or balcony - your lanai above Waikiki - where outdoor furniture and a dining area invite you to slow down and take in the ocean view and bay view. Beach essentials are provided, making spontaneous beach days easy.
Building amenities
Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool - available all year, heated and open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM - as well as a shared hot tub and shared sauna with the same hours. Please note: the pool and hot tub are currently under renovation until May 2026. Additional features include a shared BBQ grill: electric, outdoor playground, elevator access, free parking garage on premises - 1 space, and an EV charger - level 2. Self check-in with a smart lock ensures a smooth arrival, and long term stays allowed makes this a comfortable option for 28 days or more.

Getting around the Waikiki Banyan is easy, with many attractions like Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park just a short walk away. The Banyan also offers parking for those exploring by car.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
