The property is absolutely beautiful. Waited a long time to get our room then to find out the room they were giving us was not the correct one. That was quickly changed and our new room was beautiful. Everyone was super friendly and dinners were excellent.

This is a great hotel. But it was very sad to see the dolphins in a tiny pool. Spending their whole lives swimming in circles and posing for photos with tourists. Inhumane and unnecessary.

This is a lovely hotel with excellent service. Staff is warm and gracious. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Restaurants are very good. I understand that the rooms are undergoing an upgrade. In line with this, I have to comment on the poor condition of the wicker furniture in our room and in the main lobby. Also, in one of the corridors leading from the lobby the wall covering was starting to peel. I trust that these issues will be addressed.

The hotel was amazing! The staff was excellent, everyone super friendly, happy to help and go the extra mile. The rooms are beautiful, and the views are gorgeous. We got upgrated to a room with a full porch and it was the best thing, we absolutely loved having that porch and sitting out there to enjoy it. The restaurands at the hotel property are great and provide excellent service as well. The beach is beautiful and clean. We loved seeing the dolphins at the property and learning more about them as well from the their trainers. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property - hasn’t changed since I was a kid - staff is great..on the best least crowded swimming beach. The staff everywhere was wonderful. The dining on property is amazing! If you want splurge suite 701 has the most beautiful view and it’s huge. Housekeeping was flawless.

Great place to stay at the staff and crew were friendly. Love the location away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but close enough if you need to go there. Had a great experience again and will hopefully come back soon.
