Great place to stay. Short walking distance to the beach, International Market Place and great restaurants. Friendly staff and hotel also offers free beach supplies such as chairs, mats and boards! Highly recommend to stay here!

Nice hotel for the price in that area. Older building but rooms and especially bathroom seem recently updated. Definitely would stay here again

Good budget hotel at waikiki
The location is good, almost next to the Waikiki beach with a lot of food choices nearby. The hotel itself is a little old and rundown, and room is pretty small. Staff friendly. You can borrow chairs and other beach things without charge.

The knowledge of the front desk attendant was atrociously poor. She had no clue about parking. When I checked in, there were no parking spots in the hotel available, and she told me to check the neighborhood. Of course there was nothing available for more than 4 hours when I needed an overnight parking spot. I wasted precious time driving around looking for a spot. After a lot of stress - I had to leave for another appointment in oahu and was running really short on time - I call her back and asked to speak to the manager. Then she tells me that I do have a reserved spot in the hotel, someone is about to check out and to come back!! What a mess. Extremely poor performance…never will I stay here again and will tell others to avoid it. And why do you have 4-5 parking spots total in this hotel, when other hotels in Waikiki have a lot more OR have reserved spots for their guests in a garage nearby? HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
