I did the early checkin. First, I could not find an email with the confirmation number. I finally found in in the information Expedia sent me earlier. When I got there they had no record of my early checkin. After they checked me in I received an email with my confirmation number..... When I got to the room the bathroom sink had 3 long cracks in it. They moved me to another room. I was so in a rush to get my things out of the first room, I left clothes in a drawer. About 10:20 in the evening when I realized I didn't have all my clothes. I went to the front desk. They had put someone else in the room with the broken sink. The clerk was very hesitant to call the room so I could get my things. He finally did and I got my clothes. After that, things got better.

Nice place
Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly. I didn't get the info on breakfast but that's OK because we had events planned. The morning front desk person allowed me to get coffee. I was in Room 403. The microwave didn't work. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. Those were the only issues. Towels were there. Water was hot. Room was clean. There wasn't excessive noise.
