Great Place Great Price

My husband and I will stay at this location when we attend concerts nearby. It's much nicer than the long drive home late at night... The staff are very friendly and helpful! It is always a great experience!

We stayed here back in March and let me tell you this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and very big! If you’re in the area I highly recommend you stay here!

We had a terrible experience in checking in to the hotel. It took about an hour. We had booked our trip through hotels.com weeks ago (2 rooms for $331 , pay on the property type). But when we reached there we were told by the receptionist to pay $325 for each room, which we declined ofcourse. She was not able to explain how its not the same price with which we have booked already. She denied when we asked to speak to a manager. She made us embarrassed infront of everyone, and tried to rush us into paying that amount. When we denied constantly and kept asking for further explanation and told her that we will call the corporate now, only then she changed her statement and gave us the right price. It wasted one hour of our trip. It was a terrible and traumatic experience.

Extremely bad experience. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone . They need to change pillow and clean beds properly also the mattress under pull out sofa is disgusting and very uncomfortable.
