Elevator's to the parking garage were not working. Broken window glass was also found in the parking garage. Also only 2 of the elevators inside the hotel were functioning.

We had an issue with using our parking pass and had to call the front desk every time we entered or exited the parking lot. The elevator in the garage was also out of order.

My stay started out horrible! I would like to acknowledge that the employee Tatiana at the front desk was amazing!! She did everything in her power to assist me with my stay!! My rooms were not clean like they should have been but we had to make the best of it. Tatiana once again did everything she could to rectify the problems. She’s definitely an asset to this company!!! Kennedy however is a POOR EXCUSE FOR an employee!! Rude,disrespectful and just not helpful at all! She should BOT be in customer service!!

Elvators not working, heater in the room not working, bathroom flush problems, sink clogged, check in had back ups cause supposedly housekeepers were back up to have rooms available. First time staying here and our last for sure.
