I initially received a room that wasn't ready for a guest. The desk had been moved across the room because maintenance was working on cable connections (which had wires sticking out of the walls) and the bed did not have a comforter on it. I called the front desk and let them know the issue. Someone came right up, checked the room, confirmed what I had called on and immediately (with no waiting) had a new set of keys for a room across the hall which was perfect. I moved my bags and left the old keys on the bed of the old room. I had no other issues for the remainder of my stay.
All employees that I encountered (throughout the hotel) were all very nice and helpful. I just wished that they had a bigger pool/pool area. It doesn't allow multiple groups of people to enjoy the space at the same time. That has nothing to do with the staff though. That's a location/spacing issue.

It was old, rusty in areas, the bathroom was not clean, the tub was rusting at the drain and it just felt, overall, shabby.
