This house is absolutely gorgeous with everything already in it!! It was my birthday weekend with girlfriends and I had the best time!!! Beautiful location and will definitely visit again

Property is as beautiful, quiet and clean as pictured. We could see immediately that the community is slowly transitioning to a higher end community. Owner was gracious allowing us to check in early for a small fee which allowed us to accommodate our overnight flight. Owner thought of everything…minor conveniences that mean the world during your stay like a few cool bottles of water for when we arrived, coffee pods with cream and sugar, extra toilet paper, laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner. What we didn’t realize before arriving however is that the bedroom with the two beds is located on the first floor of the home and the other two suites are located on the third floor. Fortunately we had an adult child with us who was happy to take that room, but something to consider if all your children are little. Also, we stayed in the property for over a week and all the stairs became a little joke for us after a few days. While it didn’t hinder us in anyway, perhaps something to consider if you are traveling with the elderly or those with mobility difficulties. Overall we loved the place and would definitely recommend if visiting Houston.

Houston museum trip

The property was impeccably clean and beautiful, just as depicted in the photos. The kitchen was wonderful with high-end appliances. The living spaces were spacious and comfortable. I would describe the neighborhood as transitional but it was close to the major highways and streets for ease of access to different parts of town. I would return to this property in the future.

Amazing property in HTX!!

What an AMAZING experience at this property! Location was conveniently located near Greater Third Ward, Downtown & Midtown night life. The host was very timely in responses & proactive on any request. The quality of the interior was exceptional & the provided makeup wipes were a plus on our stay, including the luxury glassware in the bar area. It was an added bonus to have access to the garage & the community had automatic outdoor lighting for late night arrivals. We most definitely felt safe during our stay & highly recommend this property for future guest. Thank you for a great home away from home experience!! Thomas Property Management
