There was only ever one person working the front desk and unfortunately he was not available 75% of the time we needed him. Most of the situations were handled by myself or took quite a while to resolve.

Everything was great but when we needed extra towels we dialed the front office but no one answered the phone so we had to go to the front desk and ask. Also there was a roach in the kitchen area so we weren’t comfortable using the dishes.
