The guy present when we checked in seemed to wish we'd go elsewhere., and there were several times I wish we had. This fellow took forever to confirm the paperwork and ready a key. Key didn't work so hiked down the stairs and the length of the hotel to rouse him. He walked us to the door and then did open the door -- after battering at the door with a heavy tool of some nature. The commode often sounded like a heavy-caliber machine gun when it was flushed. Not always, but often. The bed, mattress, bedding was flush against the air heater/cooler. It did not burn while we were there.

For your safety and convenience there are many much better places in this area. Bathroom equipment is cheaply made with rusty sharp fasteners protruding around shower cabin. The shower door cannot be opened easily and cannot stay close when taking a shower. it's broken. The sink is like made for smurfs or kindergarten size people. Pillows, towels...all look like previously used and never washed. The check-in service was good, thought. But only the check-in.

The only good thing about this hotel was the lady that checked me in. The room was nasty, needed cleaning and smelled bad. I didn't even shower there. Would have left but was super tired.

I had to rate it low due to how cheap the bed and blankets are. They were able to accommodate me another room when the original room I booked has a strong sewage odor. Maybe it’s normal in tx, but there’s roaches. It’s relatively cheap place and very dirty environment. I would not recommend. But it was close to bellaire

Would have given a zero. They scammed me out of $200 by cancelling my reservation after I told them not to. Never saw the room, but the property was scary with a broken-down security car in the parking lot and heavy plexiglass window for check-in. Unpleasant staff.

The motel is run down and old as hell but service was excellent. The lady who took care of us was a happy soul and i loved that part.
