We booked a three night stay expected our room to be cleaned daily and fresh linen would be issued. The room were cleaned only by request. asked for clean bath towels we were told that we wouldn’t be able to get fresh linen until the next day once the room service person was available. The free breakfast included coffee, juice, bread, cereal,and yogurt only.

This property is close to the airport and said it had an airport shuttle which is why we booked here. We had a longer layover so when we called Saturday at 6pm, they informed us that the shuttle was no longer running. We then asked if the shuttle would be running Sunday and were told it would be. We Ubered to the hotel and after telling the hotel the time we needed to be back at the airport on Sunday, it was also not running during that time. I did ask if we could be reimbursed for the uber since they advertise a free shuttle but they said they can’t do that. So, definitely book somewhere else if you need an actual shuttle or else you will be paying more to Uber back and forth because of their false advertising. The room also smelled very musty. I would have much rather paid more for a better hotel with a shuttle if I would have known we would have had to pay for transportation anyway.

Great hotel for being in an area with a not so nice reputation. The premises felt safe and the hotel was very clean, quiet & comfortable. Right across the street from Houston Hobby Airport so very convenient if needing access to the airport.

The hotel was mostly clean. I recommend avoiding the breakfast. The building is not secure. The door to the side of the building doesn't automatically close all the way and is propped open most of the time
