Very hospitable, great stay for a wick trip, convenient to many things. The neighbors were fighting all night and loud but I didn’t report it to the front desk because he was so violent had no clue what he would try to do to us. But the property itself I will visit again fur a quick trip near BUSH IAH AIRPORT

Terrible Experience

I booked a 4 night stay and when I checked in they gave me a room with a nasty bathroom, rust in the shower and buildup on the shower head. They switched the room for me but it wasn’t much better. I had a family situation so I had to check out the next day. I’ve been trying to get a refund for the days I didn’t use the room… contacting hotels.com, going back to the speak to the manager (never available), and no response to my emails. If you’re ever in the Humble, TX area I recommend any place but here.
