Guests enter through the front door where you will find a staircase leading to the upper level, along with private access to the lower level. The backyard is accessible through a gated side entrance, offering additional privacy and convenience.

-Any noise complaints or visits from law enforcement may result in a fine of up to $500.

The home is surrounded by trees, so you may notice some natural debris around the pool. Pool is professionally cleaned once a week. **Pool not heated**

After your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted to complete a short identity verification process.
You will also be required to select one of two damage protection options:

- A $500 refundable damage deposit
- Or $35 non-refundable damage waiver
No Smoking: Only outside, and you must clean after yourself.
Pet Policy: No pets
Noise Policy: Observe quiet hours past 10 pm.
