All I can say the properties fine, but the receptionist sat on the phone from the time I was there didn’t even look at me cause she was on the phone with her friend on her iPhone luckily, I knew what I was doing so I laid out the proper things that I need ID credit card because she was very involved in this conversation. Then I needed something so I walked back down. She’s still on the phone and was exceptionally rude. I’m very laid-back so I didn’t say anything you know.

Expect roaches of various sizes and management will admit it’s a problem but they only require the minimum for pest control. There is also a lot of illegal activity late at night, as in prostitution and other things in the parking lot. Several broken down vehicles in the parking lot as well. Staff…. There is rarely anyone at the front desk.

Really bad experience!

Microwave didn’t work, tub was clogged, if you need clean towels you will get charged extra, in 6 nights they never asked to clean the room or dump the garbage, filthy carpets on halls, roaches, most of the time nobody at the reception, smoke and weed odors all over the place, very bad experience, our home ac was broken and needed a place to beat the heat while get it repaired but we were really uncomfortable that we ended up using it most of the time only at night to sleep, very bad experience 👎

This hotel is a quick 15 minutes or so from EVERYTHING. The staff is very helpful and the atmosphere is laid back. The rooms are clean and spacious, with plenty of storage. The laundry room has 8-10 dryers, and 5-6 washing machines, so I never had to wait for someone to finish to do laundry. The front desk is not 24 hours, but you can call an employee after hours to help you, and they're there within 5 minutes. The bathrooms are larger than most, and they are also pet friendly. Loved my stay here.
