Great deep dockage and quick access to bay and ocean!!!

Spectacular long water views from inside and out of this secluded property!
The only thing more beautiful than the view is the large dock. The dockage is deep and can accommodate large deep draft boats. Electric, water and light are conveniently located at the dock.

The property has a gated 450 foot driveway just off the middle of Sea Oats Beach. The dock is right out the back door. The home is on the bayside and very close to Channel five and Indian Key channel. It is all very private.

Keep in mind that trip insurance is available and is recommended. There are many options including through VRBO or other mainstream recognizable third party providers.

We enjoyes the view of the water from the house. There was abundant sea life that swam by the dock. It is easy to relax there. We launched our kayaks right from the dock area and were able to paddle out and and around the peninsula to the waters by the private White Marlin beach.

Chris’s house and property were perfect for our trip to Islamorada! The inside was spacious, clean and comfortable. When we were inside, the enclosed porch was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. The outside space offers comfortable seating, a dock and a beautiful water view. We saw parrotfish, hogfish, turtles, iguanas and even a nurse shark right at the dock! We rented kayaks to explore and saw a manatee in a nearby canal. The location was perfect for exploring the keys. We hated leaving and look forward to a return visit!

House was superb and in great shape. All the amenities you could need including a well equipped kitchen and laundry. House has a tremendous amount of space with multiple beautiful areas to dine and relax both inside and out. Views are stunning including lots of gorgeous birds as well as marine life in the lagoon. Great location in proximity to supermarkets, drug stores, clinics, restaurants and recreation. Host Chris was very attentive and available.

Best Month in Islamorada

We stayed for a month. House was perfect for us. Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen, great screened in porch and dock right off back stairs. Had an amazing time. Would definitely stay here again. Chris was a great host and quick to respond.

Everything we hoped for

This property is absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous view from the huge screened porch. The dock was perfect for our pair of 21' boats with freshwater hose & power. The owner is great with communication & helpful. We would definitely recommend this property & hope to return!

Great spot for a fishing trip

House is just as nice as it looks. 3 of came down with a boat and 3 kayaks. The dock made it very convenient for our boat. We were also able to easily launch 3 large fishing kayaks from back yard. The canal is loaded with snappers and barracuda. Just outside the canal we found large tarpon. Bridges are all around and there’s a great Cuban restaurant 1 mile away. (Habanos) food is great and the pricing is very affordable for the area. Avoid Publix at all costs as it’s ridiculously over priced. Hit a super Walmart before getting to the the keys would be my advice. Getting back to the house, Chris, the owner was very easy to reach and seemed like a good guy. I’d stay again and give the property a A+

Great place!

Took family of 5 with boat for spring break! Great location and we had a great time. Easy access to ocean, backcountry, Robbie’s, Lorelei, Alligator Reef, etc. House was clean and owner was very available. Upstairs screened in deck was huge with incredible views of the bay.

We didn't want to leave!

Our family had a wonderful time in the Keys and didn't want to leave this home. The house was comfortable and had plenty of space indoors and out. We appreciated that the entire living space, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are all on the upper level. The view of the water is absolutely beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing and enjoying the view from the porch and decks and my teenagers loved fishing off the dock. We saw a manatee, plenty of fish, a nurse shark, lobsters and shrimp. The home is within a minute's drive to get bait and within 10 minutes to Islamorada and all the shopping and restaurants you could possibly want. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Fabulous!

Very relaxing! A spacious and gracious home away from home. Comfortable beds, clean top to bottom, excellent laundry space, great kitchen set up, and wonderful views of the water. Jump in off the dock for a cooling dip, relax with a morning coffee on the veranda, sunbathe in the afternoon on the outdoor lounges. Wonderful private vacation!

Amazing location

Great location for quiet stay yet close to fishing and restaurants. We rented a boat for the week which worked out great to fish and go to lunch/happy hour. Chris was a great host—very responsive and helpful from booking to check out. Wouldn’t recommend renting a golf cart-not necessary and can’t go far. Will definitely be back

Excellent Location

Chris was a great host and extremely responsive to any inquiries we had during our stay. The house was nice and clean. It is an excellent location. Only 10 mins to Ch 5 bridge for access to the Atlantic. Restaurants, gas, bait, and tackle all within minutes drive time. The kitchen is very well supplied for cooking, also.

We loved how much water we could see from the house - from the picture window in the master, to the dock from the living room to the incredible view down the canal from the huge screened in porch. The place was clean, comfortable and perfect for our group. Chris was great to work with.

Best vacation!

My family and I were celebrating my husband's 65th birthday and could not have enjoyed our stay more! We went fishing and diving in the morning/afternoon and relaxed at night taking in the beautiful tranquil view, while sipping Margaritas! Loved watching many fish, little lobsters and even a turtle from the dock! The house is very well located with many restaurants close by, and when we wanted to cook, the kitchen was very well equipped. Chris, the owner, was very responsive when I had a question. We will definitely look forward to renting this property again.

Peaceful Location

House is clean and located in a peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of wildlife around the dock. We saw sea turtles, nurse sharks, manatees and lobsters all from the dock. The owner is extremely easy to work with. Will definitely stay here the next time I visit Islamorada.

Wonderful Vacation

The house is awesome and the location and dock are perfect. My daughter enjoyed all the lizards and sea life and we snorkeled off the dock. We saw several sea turtles, nurse sharks, and lots of parrot fish while there. The king bed was comfortable, which in my VRBO experience is hard to come by. Need new bed pillows though. Chris was nice and easy to deal with. Thanks!

Great Couple Weeks in the Keys

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this trip. The location was perfect, we had our pick of many very good restaurants and easy access to the bike path while not being directly on the main road. Even with the temporary reconstruction going on, and its effect on the riding path, we were able to bike ride several miles in each direction and get to restaurants and Anne's beach without having to cross bridges. We rented kayaks and got out in the water to enjoy sunsets. The lower level of the house, being open, allowed us ample room to store our "toys" - and we were able to rent a boat and bring it right up to our dock, which was super convenient. The house has a nicely stocked kitchen, amply sized bedrooms, and the screened living area was THE highlight, as we spent many hours in the morning and evening on that porch. July Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for a 25’ boat to dock and the location was great for access to waterfront restaurants, fishing inshore and offshore. The house was perfect for our family of four plus two addition teens.

Location! Location! Location!

The FL Keys is one of our most favorite family vacation spots. We have traveled here on about 20 separate vacations. There is nothing quite like the Keys and this property is a gem and ranks amongst the very top stays (an we've had a lot to compare it to) The house is very private. You can spend your entire time on the dock watching the sea life - we saw parrot fish, manatee, lobsters, nurse sharks, snapper, jelly fish, barracuda just by looking into the water off the dock. You can fish for hours. We got a couple rafts and just floated around the dock. Walk across the street to the ocean side. My daughters collected the most amazing sea shells ever. See both the sun rise and set from the house - practically panoramic water on all sides. An amazing screened in porch for relaxing. I don't think we turned on the TV one time. The house has everything you need. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Great outdoor seating and lounge chairs. Chris was always responsive and thorough in all his communications. We went to Anne's beach - minutes away from the home and Bahia Honda - a great day trip. Founders park, the bird sanctuary, Robbies, glass bottom kayaking. We went on a private fishing trip. You could easily dock your boat and have great access to bay and ocean. Great places to eat and close by - Morada Bay, Habanos, Lazy Days, Islamorada Fish Company, Square Grouper, Lorelei's. It was by far one of our best trips yet. You won't be disappointed in this vacation home. We're already looking forward to our next trip.

Absolutely Amazing

This is truly paradise. An amazing property, location, and a wonderful owner who made our family vacation an absolute joy. Chris was extremely helpful and so easy to work with and he has made this place a little slight of heaven. The location is perfect. Tucked away from the busy highway and yet just minutes (walking and driving) to some of the best fishing, kayaking, swimming, and snorkeling in the keys. We caught some of the biggest fish of the week directly from the dock at the house and saw manatee in the mangroves a few minutes paddle behind the house. Amazing. Kayak rentals were easy from a local place that delivered and picked up. Anne’s beach is a short walk/drive away, and sunrises and sunsets are magical from the back deck. We would definitely come here again and would rent from Chris in a second. Perfection!

Great location!

Our family had an amazing two months here beautiful location very quite/private location Great access to Fl bay And a short run to ch 5 bridge. Chris was great easy to get ahold of if had any questions. Would definitely book again.
