Only one person in front desk handling everything. Very nice staff. The smell of the facility was bad. I received a notification under my door due to the shortage of staff not housekeeping service for four nights. In room the curtain was broken and there was mold on the ceiling. The bed was very comfortable. All the facility doors were open at all time. No elevator in this hotel.

The staff was friendly but this hotel needs serious work. Strong mold smell in our first room, vague odor of it in the room we were switched to. Broken door knobs, peeling and moldy trim, cracked paint and water stains. Wouldn’t stay here for that price again.

The door to the room would not close. The latches would not engage into the slot to keep the door closed. Dead bolt would also not engage into the slot. Window would not slide all the way for the lock to engage. Mind you this is a first floor room #116. The room was moist and musty. Hard to breath. Desk chair had mold spots on it. I did not stay the night and am looking for my refund. Front desk said they would reverse the charges but the 3rd part would have to initiate the refund.

This property smells bad from cigarette smoke in the lobby and halls and rooms and my room also had a moldy smell and they put some awful chemical smell in the halls to hide the other bad smells.
