Mixed Feelings

This is a basic hotel and though some parts have been updated, others are quite run down. For example it looks like the shower was redone but the corner you pass to go into the bathroom had chipped paint. This was not the case in my daughter's room a few doors down. Even with earplugs in my husband could hear someone snoring in the next room. There is a gazebo outside that is in disrepair. The owners were very friendly, serviced the room well and they provided a nice breakfast. The price for Thursday night was $105 which is about what I'd pay to stay there. Friday night the cost was $350 which seems excessive for the property. If you just want a place to lay your head, aren't that picky and are a very sound sleeper you might check this one out.

We have stayed at this location once before with our service dog. The staff is very friendly with easy check-in. Rooms are clean and spacious. Close drive to numerous waterfalls and hiking trails. I would recommend Roadway Inn and Suites.

No frills but clean and convenient to Ithica/Corne

Rodeway suites were detached from the main building, but were secure and clean. TV service was limited, but free (meaning not many channels). Wifi was free, but open (not encrypted like most hotels), so make sure you use a software VPN. Wifi was fairly slow. Breakfast in the morning was basic but included for 2 people. Service was good, staff was friendly. For no frills, it was good. It saved us over $200 vs. Downtown Ithaca. :)

Spacious and clean room, convenient parking. The bathroom door was squeaking, which woke up my family every time someone went to the bathroom during the night. Fortunately the front desk had some WD40 which we applied the next day. The second night was perfect.

Very nice and comfortable. A great value for the price. Nice big and comfy king sized bed. Was surprised they cleaned the room after the first night and gave clean towels. Not many hotels (or motels) are doing this. Would absolutely recommend this place!

The breakfast was disappointing. They offered saccharine for sweetener. Not a good choice. Eggs were rubber . The bed was comfortable once I could climb up. We have a deep mattress at home but not like this ! Thought about asking for a step ladder.
