The house was better than advertised. The patio was perfect for our young family and there was plenty of space in the living area. Beach access was a block away. And the house was almost equal distance to jax beach and atlantic/neptune beach. Terry and Sandra were very resposove on email and text. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our second time staying at this property and everything was just as perfect as before. Short walk to downtown Neptune for fun restaurants and shops and an even shorter walk to the beach. Wonderful Place to Stay Right Next to the Beach!

We had an amazing experience staying here! The house was so clean and the amenities were perfect. The balcony with the swinging chair was a great place to hang out when it was raining. Trips to and from the beach were just a quick two minute walk. I would absolutely recommend this place as a perfect beach getaway.

This home was perfect! Great location-a short walk to the very uncrowded beach. Right on the Jax Beach/Neptune Beach line. The house was so clean, and amazingly well stocked. There was nothing we could think of they didn’t have. Two outdoor areas-a patio with a “grass” area which our doggie enjoyed and a covered balcony with comfy chairs.Beds felt great and super soft linens! Plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping close by. Awesome vacation home!!

Location was awesome, owners are super awesome, and the place is awesome! Beds were so comfy, the area is convenient, and one of the owners even helped us pack our roof top carrier!! You just can't beat this rental. If I could leave 10 stars, I would!!
