Luxurious Dolphin Heaven on the 10th floor

Come enjoy breathtaking views from this large well furnished ocean front balcony and beautiful well appointed 2 bedroom / 2 bath Jacksonville Beach condo. Spotting dolphins is pretty much a daily thing, But, if you are lucky, you may spot a whale or two. We have even seen a manatee (rare site, but oh so thrilling).
Enjoy the many amenities this unit and property has to offer, such as 3 smart TVs, WiFi, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler with wheels, wagon, pool, free parking, fitness room, and much more.
The complex is located within walking distance to several restaurants, and a natural foods grocery store that focuses on organic food. You can rent really nice beach chairs (that are brought to you to the beach) among many other beach items from East Coast Sports Rentals (located north side of the Hampton Hotel next door to the complex, Rent bikes from the same folks, or Champion Cycling.
Most people don't realize that this is an actual island and it runs from Mayport (North) all the way to St Augustine (South), making it approximately 36 miles. From Oceania to St Augustine is 28 miles, and from Oceania to Mayport is about 8 miles. In other words, you can go for as long a walk or bike ride on the sand as you would like.

There are wonderful day trips you can take, such as;
Take the Mayport Ferry to Amelia Island and Fernandina where, among many things you can do, you can go horseback riding on the beach ameliaislandhorsebackriding.
Spend a day at the beautiful and exciting Jacksonville Zoo.
Spend a nice full day (or longer) at historic St Augustine.
Jekyll Island, GA is 1 hour and 30 minutes from the condo.
If you bring or rent bikes, there are so many trails to choose from. Load up the komoot and/or bikemap apps.

This was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever rented. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice items. Even the paper towels and toilet paper were high quality; not the cheap stuff other rentals furnish. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Jax beach and we were not disappointed. The beach is very clean and not over crowded. The condo was perfect. Very comfortable and super clean! We loved the direct ocean front view from the balcony living room and master bedroom. The balcony was very large and comfortable. Also love that it was a gated complex. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas. Condo had everything needed to make meals in if desired. Mona and Magaly fantastic! This place is superb vacation rental. Very clean with all the conveniences and essentials not typically expected at vacation rentals. Information and instructions provided by the host were clear and precise. Excellent location - you get beach town vibe, but with the big city within short drive. WOW!!!

We enjoyed everything about this condo and area. The property manger, Magaly, was outstanding and accommodating. Her friend and assistant, Mona, was so caring and helpful. These two make sure you are taken care of. The condo has everything you need for comfort, cooking, games and beach supplies. Magaly has nothing but the best regarding quality. Sheets, towels, kitchen items were perfect. I have nothing but positive things to say about this past 7 weeks. Fun and relaxing!! This home away from home is located to so many excellent restaurants within 2 to 15 minutes. North Beach Fish Camp, Restaurant Doro, Dockside Seafood, SoNapa Grille, Mezza Luna, Poe's Tavern, Le Petit Paris, Salt Life Food Shack, Hawkers Asian Street Food and The Local to name a few. St Augustine has two fine restaurants that Magaly introduced us to: The Reef and Caps. They are approximately 30 minutes away from the condo. Definitely worth the drive.Plus the condominium complex is extremely safe and secure.Thank you Magaly and Mona for making our stay perfect!!!

Beautiful Condo-stunning views

The hosts were exceptional. Everything you could possibly want was provided from dishes, cooking equipment, (3) coffee makers, and essentials like paper towels, saran wrap etc. We enjoyed going to nearby Publix and making breakfast and dinner at the condo enjoying the beautiful view and saving lots of money on eating out. My only disappointment was I did not see any whales or dolphins although I searched the ocean every day. This is a good excuse to return, highly recommend

Visit Family

This is a beautiful property. It is secure and is right on the beach. Very clean and bright. The master bedroom has privacy from the rest of the unit and opens to the balcony. You can leave the door open to listen to the waves if weather permits. The owner and manager are both easy to deal with and the manager is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

THE CONDO IS WELL APPOINTED. THE UNIT IS ON THE 10TH FLOOR WITH A ROOMY BALCONY AND AMAZING VIEW. THE CONDO IS VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE COMMUNICATION WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS TOP NOTCH. THIS IS A VERY SECURE LOCATION AS WELL. EXEPTIONAL CONDO AND VACATION.
